For overseas projects, we do not just design and supply the products. We also provide installation guidance if there is a need from the customer. In early days of our business, we sent lots of workers to different countries to work with local installers to install the facades. They did not just supervise the installation but also install some of the windows. In most cases they would work with local installers as different teams to speed the process. After the Pandemic, since it is not possible for the workers to travel abroad, we provide installation manuals or videos to demonstrate the installation process. We also use online communications to double check the quality of the installations. It does help a lot for our local installers and make the work much efficient.
