ORE Central

Ore Central Building is a 30-storey office building located at 31st Street corner 9th Avenue at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. It has a total floor area of 68,170 square meters and completion date is 3Q of 2016.

The location is strategically located on the south side facing the green park, a jogging trail and green zone. It is LEED-certified; Ore Central is built with the aim to reduce global warming and minimize the impact on the environment.  It is the ideal office space as it provides maximum energy efficiency and cost savings. Although the project is comprised of primarily offices, it is also built and designed to provide space for retail shops and restaurants for the convenience of its tenant companies.
